Bio:

Debbie S. Menoher has worked in development research for 18 years. She is the Director of Research for the University of Florida Foundation and formerly headed the research department at The Pennsylvania State University. She is a graduate of Penn State with a degree in community development and earned her master’s degree in library science from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been a member of APRA International since 1990 and served as Volunteer Co-Chair for the 2006 APRA International Conference in Orlando, and served on the APRA Relationship Management Skills Set Sub-Committee. She is one of the founding members of APRA Florida. She is the immediate past Vice President for APRA Florida and past Program Director coordinating several virtual seminars throughout the state and two annual conferences. Prior to entering the prospect research profession, she served as a business librarian for the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. She is Co-Secretary for the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, Arredondo Chapter, and past President of ARMA, North Central Florida Chapter. She served on the faculty for the 2005 CASE Summer Institute for Advancement Services held at Vanderbilt University, and has presented at APRA and APRA Florida conferences, the American Bar Association Law School Development Conference, and UF College of Journalism philanthropy courses.
