APRA Room Rate: $159/Night + Tax & Fees* [King Suites]

* Reservations must be made January 26, 2026, in order to secure APRA Florida rate - APRA FL will not be able to extend promotional rate beyond this date and registrant acknowledges such limitation. 24-Hour cancellation notice applies. 

** Tax-Exempt charities must provide their 501(c)3 letter to obtain exemption.

- Enter dates (Must fall between conference rate dates and modified as needed:

- Arrival: February 25, 2026

Departure: February 27, 2026

- Free hot breakfast buffet with an omelet station included

- All rooms have a microwave and mini fridge

- All rates include Parking 

- Nightly Manager's Reception (Each guest gets 2 free drinks and free bar snack foods)

- Tax Rate: 13.5%

- Hotel will authorize $100 for incidental charges.  If the guest does not order anything, the hotel will release it when they check out.  The guest’s individual bank is responsible for how long it takes the funds to come back on their card.  Please be aware that some prepaid cards, Cash App cards, etc. are reportedly taking up to 30 days to issue the credit.
