Presenter: Mike Lasala, Senior Director, Prospect Management & Donor Services, USO. After spending more than 20 years in prospect development roles at the University of Denver, Rollins College, Florida International University, and Yale University, Mike joined the USO, the leading nonprofit dedicated to the well-being of all people serving in the U.S. military and their families.  Join him as he compares and contrasts the differences in prospect development strategy, moves management, pipeline management, and how he and his team are working to build a “best in class” prospect development enterprise in support of the USO’s global fundraising efforts.
