Join us for an informational webinar on the APRA Florida Mentorship Program, designed to connect development professionals at every stage of their careers. Whether you’re interested in serving as a mentor or growing as a mentee, mentorship offers a meaningful opportunity to build relationships, share expertise, and strengthen your professional practice.

This session will be led by Lance Balding, Senior Portfolio Optimization Analyst at the University of Miami and newly appointed APRA FL Director of Mentorship. Lance will guide the discussion alongside a panel of past APRA mentors and mentees, who will share their experiences, insights, and the benefits of participating in the program.
